Several institutional capital sources have engaged Stratford Hospitality to identify hotel assets, either individual properties or portfolios, that require reinforcement capital.  Properties can be located anywhere in the US. Reinforcement capital will typically take the form of preferred equity, mezzanine debt, common equity or some combination.  

The separate account seeks investment opportunities in the range of $25 - $500+ million.
